Seasonal Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish Coca-Cola beverage products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards and maintaining signage
• Manage backroom inventory by organizing products and utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation to ensure freshness
• Monitor product date codes and process damaged or defective products
• Communicate with sales teams and store personnel using the Teams app to provide account recaps and photos
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and retail customers

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work
• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, or manual labor
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance
• Possession of a personal vehicle for use during working hours
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more frequently
• Basic computer and smartphone skills for reporting and communication
• Flexibility to work early morning hours (starting at 4:00 am), weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks or high loader lifts
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire
