Seasonal Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting items from storage to the sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards and maintaining signage.
• Manage backroom inventory by organizing products, monitoring levels, and utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation.
• Evaluate and process damaged products, re-pack items, and organize backroom materials like pallets and shells.
• Communicate with team members and store managers via the Teams app, including posting recap pictures and reporting out-of-stock items.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and retail customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Must maintain current vehicle liability insurance and a driving record within policy guidelines.
• Basic computer and technology skills, including the ability to operate a smartphone or laptop.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays based on customer demand.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or less frequently and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and walking.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience using equipment such as pallet jacks and high loader lifts.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
