Seasonal Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards and maintaining signage
• Manage backroom inventory by organizing products and utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation
• Evaluate and process damaged products and organize backroom materials like pallets and shells
• Communicate account updates, stock levels, and customer concerns via the Teams app
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and retail customers

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, or manual labor
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance
• Basic computer and smartphone skills for reporting and communication
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or less frequently and perform physical tasks like bending and squatting
• Flexibility to work Monday-Friday starting at 5:00 am, with occasional evenings or weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience using equipment such as pallet jacks and high loader lifts
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire
