Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and approachable manner
• Assist players in understanding game rules and safety protocols
• Offer food and beverage service and suggest premium menu items
• Observe responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of the hitting bays
• Handle cash transactions efficiently
• Provide optimum guest service to create "Moments that Matter"

Requirements

• Previous food and beverage experience
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods
• Physical fitness for standing, lifting, bending, and maneuvering stairs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
