Seasonal Back of the House

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise to be floor-ready and maintain backroom and understock to brand standards
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor to ensure product availability
• Execute floorset activities and adhere to visual merchandising standards
• Assist with various store projects including markdowns, re-ticketing, and markouts
• Support store operations by maintaining a safe and clean working environment
• Assist in loss prevention efforts to help reduce shrink

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Capacity for frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
• Schedule flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• An authentic desire to exceed customer expectations
• A sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
