Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth through personal selling
• Proactively engage with customers and respond to cues
• Provide expert bra fitting services
• Process customer transactions accurately at the cash wrap
• Maintain merchandise standards through replenishment and processing
• Execute floorset activities and adhere to visual merchandising standards
• Support loss prevention and shrink reduction efforts
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Desire to exceed customer expectations
• Sense of urgency and team focus
