Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and growth through personal selling
- Proactively engage with customers and respond to cues
- Provide expert bra fitting services
- Process customer transactions accurately at the cash wrap
- Maintain merchandise standards through replenishment and processing
- Execute floorset activities and adhere to visual merchandising standards
- Support loss prevention and shrink reduction efforts
- Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
