Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service, including expert bra fitting assistance
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap
• Maintain brand standards by replenishing merchandise and processing new stock to be floor-ready
• Execute floorset activities and adhere to visual merchandising standards
• Support store operations through housekeeping, loss prevention awareness, and inventory maintenance

• Demonstrated sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
• Ability to maintain schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
