Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and providing exceptional service
• Assist customers with product knowledge and specialized services, such as bra fitting
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap
• Maintain brand standards through merchandise replenishment, floor sets, and replenishment
• Support store operations including housekeeping, loss prevention, and inventory processing
• Execute markdowns, re-ticketing, and other stock maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

• Authentic desire to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
