Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by proactively engaging with customers and providing personalized service
• Assist customers with product knowledge and bra fitting expertise
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap
• Maintain brand standards through merchandise replenishment, recovery, and floor set execution
• Support back room organization and processing of merchandise to ensure items are floor-ready
• Adhere to loss prevention and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe shopping environment

Requirements

• Authentic desire to exceed customer expectations
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
