Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide expert product knowledge, including assisting customers with perfect bra fittings
• Deliver efficient cash wrap experiences by processing transactions accurately and encouraging additional purchases
• Process and replenish merchandise to ensure the sales floor meets brand standards
• Maintain back room and under stock organization
• Execute floorset activities and adhere to visual merchandising standards
• Support store strategy by building loyalty through the Rewards Program and assisting with loss prevention

• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
