Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service, including expert bra fitting and product knowledge
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap
• Maintain brand standards through merchandise replenishment, floor sets, and housekeeping
• Assist with processing merchandise to ensure it is floor-ready and maintain back room organization
• Support loss prevention efforts and store strategies to reduce shrink

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
