Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers and proactively engaging with them
• Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting with bra fittings and responding to customer cues
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap
• Maintain brand standards by replenishing merchandise and processing stock to be floor-ready
• Execute floorset activities and assist with housekeeping and maintenance tasks
• Build customer loyalty through the Rewards Program and support loss prevention efforts

• Authentic desire to exceed customer expectations
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
