Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by proactively engaging with customers and providing personalized service
• Assist customers with product knowledge, including providing expert bra fittings
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap
• Maintain brand standards through merchandise replenishment, recovery, and floor set execution
• Process incoming merchandise to ensure it is floor-ready and maintain organized backroom stock
• Support loss prevention efforts and adhere to all safety and housekeeping procedures

Requirements

• Authentic desire to exceed customer expectations
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Physical ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
• Schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours
