Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by proactively engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service, including expert bra fitting and product knowledge
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap
• Maintain brand standards through merchandise replenishment, recovery, and floor-ready processing
• Assist with floorset activities, markdowns, and maintaining back room organization
• Support loss prevention efforts and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

• Authentic desire to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform frequent bending and stretching
