Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by proactively engaging with customers and providing personalized service
• Assist customers with product knowledge, including providing expert bra fitting services
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap
• Maintain brand standards through merchandise replenishment, floor sets, and housekeeping
• Support backroom operations, including processing merchandise and managing stock levels
• Adhere to loss prevention and safety procedures to reduce shrink and provide a safe environment

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
• Schedule flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
