Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by proactively engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service, including expert bra fitting and product knowledge
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap
• Maintain brand standards through merchandise replenishment, processing, and floor recovery
• Execute floorset activities and assist with back room maintenance and stock organization
• Support loss prevention efforts and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
