Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and providing expert product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting with bra fittings and responding to customer cues
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap
• Maintain brand standards by replenishing merchandise, processing floor-ready products, and executing floorset activities
• Support store operations through housekeeping, loss prevention awareness, and maintaining a safe working environment

• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
• Schedule flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
