Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with and selling to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service, including expert bra fitting assistance
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap
• Maintain brand standards through merchandise replenishment and floor recovery
• Assist with processing merchandise, markdowns, and floorset activities
• Support loss prevention efforts and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

• Authentic desire to exceed customer expectations
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch for prolonged periods
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
