Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and spark friendly conversations about shopping needs
• Act as a brand expert sharing insights about characters and collectibles
• Provide product recommendations and assist customers
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and inviting atmosphere
• Manage crowd control and ensure store safety
• Process purchases and handle transactions accurately using the register
• Receive, organize, and stock shipments in the stockroom
• Drive sales of Blind Boxes, MEGA collectibles, and accessories

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, events, or customer service preferred
• Energetic, friendly, and confident in customer interaction
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours per shift
• Availability for flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college education
• Multilingual abilities
