Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by proactively engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting with bra fittings and product knowledge
• Deliver an efficient cash wrap experience by processing transactions accurately and reinforcing buying decisions
• Support store operations through merchandise replenishment, processing, and maintaining brand standards
• Assist with floorset activities, markdowns, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment
• Build customer loyalty through the Rewards Program and support loss prevention efforts
