Seasonal Associate - Columbia at Tanger

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions regarding product features, benefits, and availability
• Engage with consumers to understand their needs and make compelling product recommendations
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety
• Retrieve merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations
• Perform cash register transactions including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollment
• Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, and replenishing incoming and outgoing product flow

Requirements

• 16 years of age or older
• 2 years or less of experience in a retail position or specialization
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move constantly in an active environment
• Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally
