Seasonal Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback and product demonstrations
• Deliver world-class customer experiences through personalized consultations and attentive service
• Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying, fighting animal testing, and sustainable packaging
• Continually expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations for customer needs
• Foster an inclusive team environment and support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandising and stock displays
• Follow company policies and procedures for opening, closing, product integrity, and health and safety

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operational issues
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
