Search Experience and Technical SEO Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute B2B organic discovery strategies across traditional SERPs and emerging AI environments like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Conduct deep keyword research, competitor gap analyses, and search intent mapping to drive high-intent lead generation.
• Manage the technical SEO roadmap, including crawlability, indexation, site speed (Core Web Vitals), and schema markup implementation.
• Translate complex SEO and AEO requirements into actionable technical briefs and Jira tickets for web engineering teams.
• Execute hands-on on-page optimizations, including metadata adjustments, internal linking overhauls, and URL redirects.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to connect search visibility and AI citations directly to business revenue and pipeline.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth, specifically managing B2B or lead-generation websites.
• Deep technical SEO expertise, including knowledge of XML sitemaps, structured data (Schema.org), and rendering best practices.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools including SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Strong familiarity with the evolving AI search landscape, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Proven ability to collaborate with web development teams to implement technical fixes and site architecture improvements.
• Experience navigating website backends to independently execute on-page updates and configuration changes.
