Search and Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the ideation, production, and implementation of social media deliverables including stills, videos, and animation
• Coordinate social engagement activities, influencer engagement, and social media listening
• Liaise with Sales, e-Commerce, and Corporate Communication teams to ensure content accuracy
• Manage agencies and vendors for content development and production
• Manage media agencies for tracking links, publishing, and search optimization
• Contribute to SEM and SEO optimization in line with the IKEA Concept
• Support budget management, including PO creation and tracking

Requirements

• Passion for social media communication, SEM, and SEO
• Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, or similar software for content production
• Understanding of social media platform guidelines and media trends
• Experience with search engine marketing and optimization technicalities
• Strong copywriting skills with a creative mindset
• Analytical skills to measure performance and capture learnings
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment and meet tight deadlines
• Budgetary experience including monitoring and adjusting spend
