About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop market search and social media strategy and framework with defined objectives
- Plan and implement social content calendars and search strategies to drive web and store visits
- Ensure optimal reach, engagement, and frequency across social platforms
- Manage outreach to bloggers and influencers
- Plan and implement search engine optimisation (SEO) for the country
- Monitor social media reactions, comments, and queries, especially during crises
- Measure, report, and follow up on results of all search and social media activities
- Ensure all executions align with IKEA Brand Values and identity guidelines
- Contribute to budget planning, monthly reconciliation, and re-forecasting
- Provide online user insights and analytics to support local marketing plans
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms and media technicalities
- Deep knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) and optimisation (SEO)
- Experience with budget management and monitoring KPIs
- Flair for social media content production and copywriting
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, stressful environment
- Knowledge of relevant artificial intelligence (AI) platforms
- Proficiency in job-related software and social media tools
