Responsibilities

• Manage the seafood and fishmongery section, including shelf stocking and maintenance
• Ensure product availability and supply
• Guarantee product quality by adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Advise and provide product solutions to professional clients
• Participate in commercial actions such as sales floor engagement, phone calls, and client meetings
• Work transversally with the fresh food team and sales force to develop turnover
• Develop a portfolio of ten professional catering clients
• Participate in the life of the METRO hall by organizing collective actions or events
• Exchange regularly with buyers and local producers

Requirements

• Experience in sales within the seafood sector
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for challenges
• Field-oriented mindset with a preference for varied actions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
