About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure product shelf availability and maintain department standards
- Act as a product specialist and promoter regarding technicality, history, and culinary knowledge
- Monitor market trends, sourcing, and competition within the seafood sector
- Advise and provide solutions to a portfolio of approximately 20 professional clients
- Develop clientele through immersion actions, phone calls, and site visits
- Share customer feedback and best practices with internal services
- Propose commercial animations and actions for the department
- Train and transmit product knowledge and professional techniques to the sales team
Requirements
- Experience in the seafood sector
- Strong organizational and rigorous work methods
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Field-oriented mindset with a desire to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cold environment
