About the role

Responsibilities

  • Sort fish by size and species
  • Clean and bleed fish
  • Remove heads and collarbones
  • Freeze sorted fish in pans
  • Load and unload product and other supplies
  • Package fish products in frozen blocks using fiber bags or boxes
  • Label and stack frozen cases in the freezer hold

Requirements

  • Experience sorting and processing seafood products quickly
  • Experience packaging and storing products efficiently
  • Experience cleaning and bleeding fish
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work hard for extended periods
  • Willingness to follow directions and work in a team
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including THC)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
