Seafood & Fish Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the seafood and fish department including shelf stocking and maintenance
• Ensure product availability and supply
• Guarantee product quality by following hygiene, safety, and quality rules
• Advise and provide product solutions to professional customers
• Participate in commercial actions such as sales floor engagement, phone calls, and client meetings
• Develop a portfolio of ten professional catering clients
• Collaborate with the fresh food team and sales force to increase revenue
• Participate in the life of the METRO hall by organizing collective actions or events
• Exchange regularly with local buyers and producers

Requirements

• Experience in seafood sales
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for challenges
• Field-oriented mindset with a preference for varied actions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
