About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the seafood and fish department including shelf stocking and maintenance
- Ensure product availability and supply
- Guarantee product quality by following hygiene, safety, and quality rules
- Advise and provide product solutions to professional customers
- Participate in commercial actions such as sales floor engagement, phone calls, and client meetings
- Develop a portfolio of ten professional catering clients
- Collaborate with the fresh food team and sales force to increase revenue
- Participate in the life of the METRO hall by organizing collective actions or events
- Exchange regularly with local buyers and producers
Requirements
- Experience in seafood sales
- Strong organizational skills and rigor
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for challenges
- Field-oriented mindset with a preference for varied actions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
