Seafood & Fish Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the seafood and fish department including shelf stocking and maintenance
• Ensure product availability and supply
• Guarantee product quality by adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Advise and provide product solutions to professional clients
• Execute commercial actions including phone calls and client meetings
• Develop a portfolio of ten professional catering clients
• Collaborate with the fresh food team and sales force to drive revenue
• Participate in the life of the METRO hall through collective actions and events
• Exchange regularly with local buyers and producers

Requirements

• Experience in seafood sales
• Strong organizational and rigorous work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and drive for challenges
• Field-oriented mindset with a preference for varied tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
