Seafood and Fish Sales Expert

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelf stocking and maintain department presentation
• Act as a product specialist promoting seafood through technical and culinary knowledge
• Monitor market trends, sourcing, and local product selection
• Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 20 professional clients
• Drive sales through customer visits, phone calls, and immersion actions
• Share customer feedback and best practices with internal teams
• Train sales advisors and commercial team members on product knowledge and professional techniques

Requirements

• Experience in the seafood sector
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Organized, rigorous, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy lifting and cold temperatures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
