Seafood and Fish Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelf stocking and maintain product presentation
• Act as a product specialist and promoter regarding technicality, history, and culinary knowledge
• Monitor market trends, sourcing, and competition for the seafood category
• Advise and propose solutions to a portfolio of approximately 20 professional clients
• Develop clientele through immersion actions, phone calls, and visits
• Share customer feedback and best practices with internal teams
• Propose commercial animations and actions
• Train sales advisors and commercial team members on product knowledge and professional techniques

Requirements

• Experience in the seafood sector
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Strong organizational and rigorous work methods
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy loads and cold temperatures
