Sea Freight Forwarder Export/Import

Responsibilities

• Own the daily planning, organization, and execution of sea freight import and export operations
• Manage shipments end-to-end, including file creation, tracking, documentation, and invoicing
• Serve as the primary contact between customers, carriers, internal teams, and international partners
• Prepare and submit all necessary customs and shipping documents
• Develop accurate transport offers and quotations tailored to client needs
• Monitor shipments closely and provide timely updates to clients
• Proactively resolve issues and identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in sea freight forwarding
• Deep knowledge of shipping terms, Incoterms, customs procedures, and export documentation
• Fluency in both Greek and English with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
