Sea Freight Forwarder

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export sea freight orders (FCL/LCL)
• Collaborate with international agents and stakeholders
• Verify shipping documents and regulatory requirements
• Prepare invoices and handle financial settlements
• Manage shipments within the CEVA network
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Ensure high-quality customer service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sea freight role
• Strong knowledge of FCL/LCL, maritime terminology, and documentation
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure
• Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset
