Sea Cargo Export Operator

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily sea cargo transports
• Coordinate with internal teams, international teams, and third-party agents to ensure efficient shipment completion
• Create and submit all necessary international customs and shipping documentation
• Generate cost indications and quotations based on specific customer requirements
• Track shipments and provide regular feedback to customers
• Maximize shipment profitability and decrease operating expenses while ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sea cargo freight forwarding
• Sufficient knowledge of Incoterms and shipping terminology
• Strong understanding of customs and export procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Ability to manage the entire process from file creation to invoicing
• Proactive approach to operational handling
