SDV Software Strategy Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental budget formulation and execution management, ensuring alignment with mid-to-long-term plans and cost optimization.
• Manage outsourcing contracts and governance, including vendor management and optimization of contract terms.
• Plan and drive business process reforms using DX and AI technologies, such as RPA and data utilization.
• Support the implementation and operation of compliance, information security, health and safety, and environmental standards (ISO, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate consensus building and design/improve operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience in organizational management for teams of dozens or more people.
• Practical experience in budget management, including formulation, execution, and reporting.
• Practical experience in contract and vendor management, including negotiations and contract reviews.
• Experience driving business improvement projects utilizing DX or AI technologies.
• English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 450 or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the automotive industry.
• Understanding of or involvement in software development or embedded systems development projects.
• English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
