SDS RX Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Monitor and dispatch nuclear medicine transport in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner
• Transmit any concerns or issues to the Customer Service Manager
• Ensure dispatching is completed with an emphasis on cost effectiveness and timely service
• Maintain current knowledge of routes and locations to assure accurate information
• Address problems and requests by providing solutions or transmitting information
• Interact and communicate with staff in a professional manner
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and multi-task effectively

Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Service Experience
• Proficiency with E-Courier tracking/dispatching software
• Strong computer skills, including data entry, documentation, and organization
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of management methods and techniques
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and dependability
