About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate the SDR team to achieve and exceed demo booking and completion targets
  • Conduct weekly coaching sessions focusing on discovery, objection handling, and lead qualification
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs
  • Monitor key SDR metrics such as calls, emails, connect rate, and conversion rates
  • Refine scripts, sequences, and outreach workflows
  • Own the outbound lead generation process and maintain target lists
  • Design and manage AI agents to support prospecting and personalized outreach
  • Integrate AI output into HubSpot workflows

Requirements

  • 3+ years as an SDR Team Lead or similar role managing 3–5 SDRs
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM automation tools
  • Ability to analyze sales data and optimize conversion rates
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
