About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the SDR team to achieve and exceed demo booking and completion targets
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions focusing on discovery, objection handling, and lead qualification
- Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs
- Monitor key SDR metrics such as calls, emails, connect rate, and conversion rates
- Refine scripts, sequences, and outreach workflows
- Own the outbound lead generation process and maintain target lists
- Design and manage AI agents to support prospecting and personalized outreach
- Integrate AI output into HubSpot workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years as an SDR Team Lead or similar role managing 3–5 SDRs
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM automation tools
- Ability to analyze sales data and optimize conversion rates
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
