About the role
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify new leads to generate business opportunities for Mid-Market and KAM teams
- Prospect private companies with over 250 employees via phone and email
- Present the Swile Travel solution to generate interest and secure initial meetings
- Manage and administer all sales activities within Salesforce
- Perform consistent follow-ups with prospects and track meeting results
- Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve prospecting and sales techniques
Requirements
- Proven commercial experience with a "hunter" mindset
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (Slack, Google Suite, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- High level of resilience, autonomy, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
