About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact with potential clients, qualifying and identifying decision-makers for the iFood Benefícios solution
- Perform active prospecting and engage outbound leads to invite them to product presentations
- Ensure a smooth transition of information to the Sales (Closer) team by scheduling strategic meetings
- Manage the sales funnel and maintain relationships with leads, ensuring all process stages are recorded in the CRM
Requirements
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Proficiency in prospecting and engagement tools via LinkedIn (e.g., Apollo.io, Sales Navigator)
- Ability to analyze data for sales funnel optimization and pipeline management
- Knowledge of sales techniques such as BANDT, SPIN Selling, and GPCT
- Previous experience in SDR, Inside Sales, sales, or prospecting
- Experience with Google tools (Google Meet) and Zoom
- Higher education completed or in progress in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
