Responsibilities
- Develop early career talent into consistent pipeline contributors
- Coach outbound sales methodology in real time
- Build repeatable and scalable systems for the top of the funnel
- Manage and lead a team of SDRs in a high-growth startup environment
- Track performance metrics and maintain high standards for pipeline generation
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years of experience in an SDR or inside sales role
- At least 1 year of experience managing or leading a team of SDRs
- Experience with CRM platforms, sequencing tools, and lead enrichment workflows
- Strong grasp of outbound sales methodology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with financial services, investment banking, or enterprise software sales
