SDR Manager

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and coach a growing team of SDRs, setting goals and running 1:1s to build a culture of accountability.
• Own the end-to-end outbound motion, including ICP prioritization, territory design, messaging frameworks, and sequence strategy.
• Drive pipeline accountability by ensuring SDRs hit qualified meeting quotas and revenue sourcing targets.
• Partner with the team to build, iterate, and institutionalize AI-powered workflows across the sales stack.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AEs, Marketing, and the founding team to align on handoff quality and market intelligence.
• Lead SDR recruiting efforts, from sourcing to final rounds, to hire smart, curious, and gritty talent.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing outbound sales development teams in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of building scalable sales playbooks, territory maps, and onboarding programs.
• AI-native mindset with fluency in using AI tooling and agentic workflows to optimize prospecting.
• Strong data orientation with the ability to use KPIs to drive messaging pivots and coaching.
• Technical fluency and the ability to help reps communicate complex digital risk protection concepts to CISOs.
• Exceptional coaching instincts and the ability to provide concrete, actionable feedback on live calls.
