Responsibilities

  • Own a pod of SDRs and a team lead, running day-to-day coaching, 1:1s, and performance management
  • Drive SQO volume and quality against monthly and quarterly targets
  • Run weekly call reviews using call intelligence platforms to develop repeatable techniques
  • Own ramp for new SDR hires by building shadowing plans and certifying reps within their first 30 days
  • Partner with AE leadership to ensure tight SDR-to-AE handoffs
  • Build and iterate outbound sequences and messaging in collaboration with Marketing
  • Report weekly on pipeline generation, SQO conversion, and rep-level performance to the VP Sales

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing an SDR/BDR team in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding SQO/pipeline targets with a team of 5+ reps
  • Hands-on coaching style with experience in call recordings and live coaching
  • Fluency with modern sales stacks including CRM (HubSpot), call intelligence (Gong, Attention), and sequencing tools
  • Experience hiring and ramping SDRs from scratch
  • Data fluency with ability to present pipeline and conversion numbers
  • Ability to work in-office five days a week in NYC

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in home services, contractor, or vertical SaaS
  • Experience scaling a team through a Series B growth stage
