About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of SDRs to drive revenue growth
  • Implement processes and structures to maximize sets, completes, and revenue
  • Maintain SLA accountability
  • Coach and develop SDRs to reach and exceed goals
  • Collaborate with AE leadership and Rev Ops
  • Use Salesforce to monitor sales funnels and provide accurate projections
  • Recruit, interview, train, and onboard new SDRs
  • Translate company mission and vision into SDR strategy
  • Participate in company and office meetings to identify and resolve blockers

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of meeting performance metrics
  • Strong interpersonal and managerial skills
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google, and AI platforms like ChatGPT
  • Ability to function in a high-paced, high-stress environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales management experience
