SDM Applications Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP applications development and support, focusing on service standardization and continuous improvement.
• Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently while coordinating efforts with external partners.
• Handle escalations from business colleagues across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily technical tasks and team leadership.
• Work under pressure to meet critical deadlines and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience implementing or providing support to SAP applications.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically in development support or leading development teams.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4 functionalities, including BTP, Basis, ABAP, and Fiori/JAVA.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage people and handle complex business escalations.
