SDET Specialist

Responsibilities

• Participate in all steps of the software development life cycle to ensure continuous quality and testability of code.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and suites for functional, API, and web services testing.
• Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) methodologies to enable early and frequent testing.
• Conduct white box testing at the source code level to identify and prevent hidden errors within unit and component testing.
• Integrate automated test suites with Continuous Integration (CI) tools to support continuous deployment and delivery.
• Perform performance, load, security, and service virtualization testing to identify application bottlenecks and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to develop intricate test plans and data conditioning strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software testing, coding, and framework design.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Perl, or Groovy.
• Strong experience with SQL and database performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD frameworks and automation tools.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and testing paradigms like TDD and BDD.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience developing automated testing strategies across diverse environments and frameworks.
