Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing solutions and frameworks for customer-facing applications and web services.
• Build and enhance automated test frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Write and maintain application features and automated tests, including unit, component, integration, functional, performance, and interoperability tests.
• Collaborate with development teams and agile teams to improve test coverage, release velocity, and production health.
• Participate in application code and test code reviews within an Agile environment.
• Investigate and debug issues within front-end applications and web services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
• 10+ years of experience testing and automating front-end and web service applications.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C#, or Groovy.
• Hands-on experience with UI test automation frameworks like Selenium or Protractor.
• Experience testing and automating web services using tools such as RestAssured, JMeter, or SoapUI.
• Experience testing Angular web applications.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with APIs and contact center integration projects.
• Familiarity with Genesys or similar telephony platforms.
• Strong advocate for Test-Driven Development (TDD).
