Responsibilities

• Build automation frameworks, reusable test utilities, and quality tooling to enable scalable testing and release confidence.
• Design and execute test scenarios for complex integration workflows covering APIs, authentication, webhooks, and asynchronous workflows.
• Build and maintain automated test suites, quality gates, and CI/CD checks for functional, API, and regression testing.
• Develop AI-powered validation systems and agents to detect regressions and scale quality across evolving products.
• Improve reliability of AI-native products by developing evaluation approaches for tool-calling agents and non-deterministic systems.
• Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and enhance test observability to increase platform stability.

Requirements

• Experience building automation frameworks, quality platforms, and developer tooling.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable automation and validation code.
• Deep understanding of API behavior, authentication, retries, idempotency, and distributed systems.
• Experience testing and debugging integration-heavy systems with multiple external dependencies.
• Ability to use logs, traces, and metrics to investigate failures and improve reliability.
• Understanding of AI agents, MCP/tool-calling systems, and LLM-powered workflows.
• Strong product judgment to balance reliability, delivery speed, and validation depth.
• Ability to work independently and solve ambiguous problems in a fast-moving environment.
