SDET 2

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end quality of the module
• Responsible for Automation Framework Development (API & Appium) on both Mobile & Web
• Test Backend APIs and Front end applications using Black Box, Functional, Integration, Smoke, Ad-Hoc, and Sanity testing
• Check logs, debug production issues, and perform thorough Root Cause Analysis
• Review peer code and mentor SDET-I team members
• Set up Jenkins, building, compiling, and publishing reports
• Set up end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins & Docker

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience, preferably in a consumer product company
• Experience testing large scale systems in eCommerce, Internet, or Retail organizations
• Proven experience in Automation, API Automation, and Appium Automation
• Experience with Automation Scripts, OOPs concepts (Polymorphism, Inheritance, etc.)
• Experience in web service automation using Rest Assured or Hybrid frameworks
• Knowledge of Database commands (DML, DDL, Aggregate, and Joins)
• Strong RCA and debugging skills
